Lucas opens with his own AI twin delivering the first minute of the talk, then takes the room through what agents and avatars can do right now: marketing, onboarding, training, customer replies, sales follow-up.
Then the honest part: what they cannot do, where the human has to stay, and how leaders should think about the next decade of their own role. He brought it to Vistage in Adelaide, and it shapes his keynote at Bond University’s AI After Dark in November 2026.
